  • Repeat after me ; I CAN!!🚀🎯😎

You want something, you can achieve it. Period.

It’s not a matter of if, but when.

I’m a firm believer that there is no way in hell that you work this hard towards your goals, and life does not reward you with exactly what you deserve.

Sweat. Blood. Tears. Have been all over the gym floor over the last several months, and it’s been a very bumpy journey. I’ve had high days and very low days, but I have never had days where I gave up because my eye is on the prize; showing up and having fun in California no matter what.

You have to start living your life as tho you only got one shot at it because, it’s a fact. This is not a practice run, this is your one and only life.

Make your goals come to reality, TODAY. Not some day.

  • YOU ARE MAGIC✨

I know parents, friends, family and society can make you feel like you’re not enough.

Trust me, I can relate to that feeling.

They want you to be a certain way, and you don’t necessarily agree. And anytime you step into being yourself, you feel critiqued and judged.

It’s an unpleasant feeling.

My best advice is to keep being unapologetically yourself even and especially if they try to steer you another way.

Show up and make yourself proud. Don’t seek their validation. Don’t wait for their approval.

Your magic is being you.
One is 8 billion people and no one has what you have to offer the world. That’s a big deal.

You are enough and you always have been enough, even on the days that you don’t feel like it.

  • I’m going to miss my little brother! 🥺

Most people know him as an NHL player.
I know him as my little brother.

The guy who spends the summer training at the gym. Rolling in with his Starbucks half asleep. Teasing me. Supporting my goals. Blasting his music. Making me laugh uncontrollably. Unapologetically ourselves no matter who’s around. Steal each other’s car keys and cellphones. And who lets me attack him with hugs at any given moment.

But it wasn’t always that way.

A couple years ago, I judged a book by its cover. He was cold, stand off ish, kinda arrogant, and just not friendly at all.

So, I just walked up to him and said “ hey, what sport do you train for?” He looked at me like “ how the fuck does this girl not know I’m an NHL player.” And said; “ I play hockey.”

I have zero knowledge on hockey, let alone who the players in the NHL are, so I said “ oh cool, like professionally? Or for fun?” And he burst out laughing and said “ professionally.”

The rest is history. Since that moment, I named him little bro. He may be taller but he is younger. And what better nickname than little bro.

I wanted to share this little story to remind you to never judge a book by its cover. To give people second chances. To not put people on pedestals because of their titles. To not make assumptions. And to meet people where they are for who they are on the inside.

I am a little, a lot sad that I won’t be able to see him every single day at the gym as of tomorrow, but that also means there’s something exciting to look forward to the next time he’s in town.

Wishing him the best hockey season yet! And I guess I now have a team to cheer for. Let’s go Vancouver!!

  • I do this for you ! ✨

I kept going not cause I wanted to.
Trust me.

All of me wanted to stop.
I kept going.

Because I deserved to know what not giving up on myself felt like.

Will you do the same today?

Coach T
  • LET THEM ✌🏻

Let them talk about you and your “ small business”.
Let them mock your proud moments and wins.
Let them nitpick your lifestyle choices.

It’s so liberating to not give a fuck what they have to say because you know you’ll never get there validation or approval.

So stop living as though you will. You’re robbing yourself of peace of mind, joy and moments in your one and only life.

Coach T
  • As Ted Lasso said; BELIEVE ✨

Our minds are like the original AI—they don’t distinguish between “truth” and “lie.” They simply believe whatever you tell them. Just like a computer, our minds are programmed by our thoughts.

So, if you say to yourself, “I can do this!”, your mind will support that belief. Conversely, if you say, “I can’t do this!”, it will affirm that too.

That’s why it’s crucial to fill your mind with positive and affirming thoughts. The saying “if you believe it, you can achieve it” is not just a cliché—it’s real!

So, believe in your abilities. Believe in your potential for greatness. Believe in your capacity to improve. Believe in your strength. Believe in your worthiness…

…because you’re absolutely fucken right right.

Coach T 🎯
  • Hey there! I see you. ✨

We often beat ourselves up more than necessary, and we really shouldn’t.

We’re constantly dealing with a mix of emotions, thoughts, situations, challenges, and past traumas, many of which don’t resolve quickly.

It’s important to remember that everything and everyone is a process—including ourselves.

So, be kind to yourself as you strive to become a better friend, leader, parent, or person.

You’re worth every bit of grace you can give.

Coach T 🎯
  • Improve your life 🚀

You can’t generate more time in your day so be extra mindful of how you’re spending it who you’re giving it to and how you’re investing it .

First day at the MBA, feeling all the feels.

Walked into the university. ( nostalgia kicked in)

Swarming through students into a jam packed elevator. ( I do not like elevators.)

I’m going to miss my little brother!
